What these terms cover

These terms and conditions apply to promotions, discounts, vouchers and special offers advertised by Elite Pest Control — on this website, on social media, in email, or in print. Bookings themselves are covered by our booking terms and conditions, which apply to every job whether or not a promotion is involved.

Offer conditions

• Each promotion runs for the dates stated with the offer. If no end date is stated, the offer runs until it's withdrawn.
• Offers apply to the services named in the promotion only, within our serviced Perth metro area.
• One offer per customer per booking, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Offers can't be combined with any other promotion, discount or negotiated price.
• Mention the promotion when booking — discounts can't be applied to invoices after the work has been completed.

Pricing

All promotional prices include GST. A promotion applies to the standard scope of the named service; anything outside that scope is quoted separately at normal rates.

Changes and withdrawal

Elite Pest Control may amend or withdraw a promotion at any time without notice. Bookings already confirmed under a promotion are honoured at the promotional price.

Everything else

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Personal information collected when you claim an offer is handled under our privacy policy.
