Cancelling or rescheduling a confirmed booking
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking. If 48 hours notice isn't given, a $150 service/cancellation fee will apply.
Complimentary treatments
Complimentary spider spray, roof dusting, or rodent baiting is available only with eligible termite barrier treatments or annual termite maintenance, and applies only to the agreed treatment areas. Additional or repeat treatments will incur additional charges.
Payment
Payment is due within 48 hours of service completion.
Emergencies and after hours contact
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. For an emergency or any contact needed outside office hours, call 08 9303 2622, which diverts to the after hours contact person. You can also call or text 0419 987 538.
Email after hours
Emails aren't monitored after 5:00pm. To reschedule or cancel a booking after hours, call or text the numbers above rather than emailing.
Agreement
By accepting a quotation or booking a service with Elite Pest Control, you agree to these terms and conditions.
