Pre-Construction Termite Protection
Pre-construction termite protection is installed before the slab is poured, treating the soil and key entry points so termites can't get into the building once it's complete. Elite Pest Control installs chemical soil treatment, physical barriers, and slab-edge protection to AS 3660.1:2014, and issues a certificate of installation for the building certifier.
